If you have not been allocated a topic, then the whole world lies before you. Occasionally that looks like to make the job of starting off more threatening. In fact, this means that you are free to choose a topic of interest to you, which will habitually make your essay a concrete one.

That may make for a good topic. Don't estimate the subjects yet; now write down everything that springs to mind.
